Home made food is not confined to its ingredients to give advantageous results. It also depends on the way the dog food is cooked at home. Opt only for healthy cooking methods. This implies that over cooked food or fried food is a strict no-no. Boiling and baking are healthy cooking ways in which you can select. Such ways comes in handy if you want to restrict the calories intake of your dog. Similarly such healthy methods of cooking help to retain the taste and flavor of food too.
